This Privacy Policy describes how Our Canvas ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe user experience.
1. Information We Collect
To provide and improve our real-time drawing sharing features, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: When you sign up via Email or Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, profile picture (optional), and user ID.
- User Content: The App is designed for you to create and share drawings. We store the drawing images you send to your groups securely on Firebase Storage and Firestore. These drawings are only accessible to the members of the specific group you sent them to.
- Device & Notification Data: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver push notifications when you receive a new drawing.
- Usage & Crash Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized reports on app performance, load times, crashes, and general user engagement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your user account.
- To display drawings in your groups' feeds and home screen widgets in real time.
- To send you push notifications when someone in your group sends a new drawing.
- To enable optional PRO subscription features via Google Play Billing.
- To analyze and fix bugs, errors, or performance issues to improve the App.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App:
- Google Firebase: Used for User Authentication, Firestore database storage, Storage for drawing images, and Analytics/Crashlytics reporting.
- Google Play Billing: Used for secure processing of in-app subscription purchases.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (including drawings) at any time:
- By using the **Delete Account** option inside the App settings.
- By contacting us at: support@prempatra.com (We will process your data deletion request within 7 business days).
5. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
