Privacy Policy & Safety Standards for Our Canvas

This Privacy Policy describes how Our Canvas ("we", "us", or "our"), provided by ADEE LABS LLP, collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile app on iOS or Android (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign up with Email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple, we collect your name, email address, optional profile picture, and user ID. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", we receive only Apple's private relay address.
• User content: The doodles, stickers, text, reactions, and circle names you create. Doodles are stored in Google Firebase and are visible only to the members of the circle you send them to.
• Device and notification data: A push notification token, so we can tell you about new doodles, reactions, and game events.
• App activity: Streaks, coins, badges, and your last active time (shown to members of your circles).
• Purchases: When you buy Lifetime Pro, we receive the store's purchase identifier (Google Play purchase token or Apple App Store transaction ID) and the product ID. We never receive your card or payment details.
• Advertising data: If you choose to watch an optional video ad for coins, Google AdMob collects data such as device identifiers, approximate location from your IP address, and ad interactions. On iOS, AdMob can use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. In the EEA and UK, we ask for your consent first. You can change your choice in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices.
• Diagnostics (Android): The Android app uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics for anonymized crash and performance reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To show doodles in your circles' feeds and home screen widgets.
• To send push notifications about new doodles, reactions, and game events.
• To run Guess My Doodle, Co-Draw, coins, and streaks.
• To activate Lifetime Pro after a purchase through Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store.
• To show optional rewarded video ads.
• To review reports and keep the App safe.
• To find and fix bugs.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that run the App:

• Google Firebase: sign-in, database, file storage, push notifications, and (Android) Crashlytics/Analytics.
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple: sign-in.
• Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store: purchase processing.
• Google AdMob: optional rewarded video ads. See how Google uses data.
• Cloudflare: hosts our server functions for game judging, coin gifts, and notification delivery.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data (including your doodles) at any time:

• In the App: Settings → Delete Account.
• By email to ourcanvasapp@gmail.com. We process email requests within 7 business days.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Safety: Reporting, Blocking, and Child Safety Standards

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users, and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE).

• No public content: Doodles, feeds, and widgets are limited to private, invite-only circles. There are no public galleries, directories, or user search.
• Report and block: Open the ⋯ menu on any doodle to report it or block its author. A reported doodle is hidden for you at once, and our team reviews every report within 24 hours. You can also email ourcanvasapp@gmail.com.
• Enforcement: We remove content that breaks our Terms and suspend or delete the accounts responsible. We delete accounts associated with CSAM/CSAE immediately and report them to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We post changes on this page with a new effective date.
